LINGUISTICA SRL
Centro Linguistico Italiano Dante Alighieri di Roma – Linguistica S.r.l., active since 1994, is a school specializing in teaching Italian language and culture to foreigners and is authorized by the Ministry of Education. Since 2007 it has also been promoting training and research activities financed by Community Funds.
Management, in an effort to enhance the managerial and entrepreneurial capabilities of LINGUISTICA S.r.l., has defined the development of activities for the year 2025. The Directorate, also upon completion, formalized its “QUALITY CHARTER OF TRAINING OFFERING” which includes the following objectives:
1. maintain accreditation as a training institution with the Lazio Region;
2. renew its QMS certification against the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard achieved in 2018;
3. achieve that at least 80 percent of ESF and catalog course users are satisfied;
4. ensure the delivery of all levels of catalog courses in Italian language for foreigners;
5. increase the average attendance per catalog course in Italian language for foreigners by at least 5%;
6. increase turnover by at least 5%;
The guiding principles of this Quality Policy of Linguistica S.r.l. are:
- The promotion of human resources, especially internal human resources;
- The qualification and technical and professional training of all employees;
- The delivery of services aligned with the defined service standards;

- The measurement of the efficiency and effectiveness of services rendered and customer satisfaction, including by monitoring the quality of the same;
- The maintenance of effective problem-solving and non-compliance management behavior;
- Total compliance with mandatory regulations.
Management also confirms its belief in the importance of continuing to align the organization’s operations with the following principles:
- guarantee of punctuality, fairness, competence, and compliance with safety rules and regulations;
- Safeguarding people and property in the performance of its services
- satisfaction of both internal and external customer requests in a timely and professional
- delivery of “excellent” service to maintain and strengthen the market position
- attention to all and respect and consideration for each person’s choices and orientations.
Management has called for the complete adherence and involvement of all staff at all levels, including collaborators, in the preparation of the “QUALITY CHARTER OF TRAINING OFFERINGS” in complete consistency with this Quality Policy.
