What are the steps to begin the process of obtaining an Italian student visa?

To receive the required documentation (certificate of enrollment, ministerial authorization self-declaration, and health insurance, when required), you must:

Enrollment payments

To enroll at Centro Linguistico Italiano Dante Alighieri, you must pay the full enrollment and tuition fee for the first month, as well as a deposit for the following months. Our school will send the certificates, payment receipt, and insurance policy to the address you provide.

Please check with the relevant Italian Consulate that you are eligible to obtain a visa before making any payment, as refunds are granted only under the conditions specified below.

Refund in case of visa denial

A refund is possible under the following situations and conditions:

If the school receives notification at least 7 days before the course start date, €200 of the first month’s course fee will be retained, along with any additional expenses incurred on behalf of the student and any administrative costs related to the refund process. The remaining balance will be refunded once the school receives the official visa refusal notice issued by the Embassy.
If the course is cancelled after the start date, no refund will be granted.

It is possible to start the course on a different date.
