HOW TO START YOUR ITALIAN STUDENT VISA PROCESS
If you need a Italian language Student Visa, our school in Rome can easily issue enrollment certificates and help you to apply to your student VISA process . (CLIDA is a Ministry of Education and Scientific Research authorized center).
To get your certificate (enrollment certificate, Ministry authorization certificate and, where required, INA Assitalia employment insurance certificate) you have to send us the following documentation:
- your enrollment form.
- A photocopy of your valid passport.
The full tuition fee for the first month is requested and you also have to pay a deposit for the following months.
CLIDA will mail you certificates, receipt of payment and the insurance policy (write your address properly in your enrollment form).
We advise all prospective students in any case to contact the appropriate Italian Consulate beforehand for information regarding Visa applications as refunds will be granted only for special reason.
CANCELLATION DUE TO REJECTION OF STUDENT VISA APPLICATION:
- If the school receives a cancellation within 7 days before the starting date of the course, you will forfeit the registration fee, the 20% of the first month fees plus any expenses paid your behalf (DHL, health insurance, etc.). The balance is paid back when you’ll deliver to the school the original enrollment certificate, and the official Embassy note about the rejection.
- If the cancellation is made after the beginning of the course, the entire sum is forfeited.
- It’s possible to start the course at a later date
