Italian language student Visa
If you’re looking to apply for an Italian language student visa, our Italian language school in Rome can provide you with enrollment certificates and assist you in the visa application process as it is authorized by the Ministry of Education and Scientific Research.
What are the steps to begin the process of obtaining an Italian student visa?
In order to obtain these documents (residence certificate, minister-approved self-certificate and, if required, INA Assitalia insurance), you must:
- Your enrollment form
- A photocopy of your valid passport.
Payments
To enroll in the Dante Alighieri Italian Language Center, you must pay an enrollment fee for the first month and a security deposit for the second month. We will send the certificate, proof of payment and insurance policy to the address provided.
Please check with the relevant Italian Consulate if you can obtain a visa before proceeding with payment, as refunds of the amounts paid are only possible according to the conditions set out in the next item.
Refunds for visa application rejections
A refund is possible in the following situations and conditions:
- If the school cancels at least 7 days before the start of the course, 200€ of the amount for the first month of the course, any additional costs incurred in favor of the student (DHL, health insurance, etc.) and any additional charges Original copy of the Certificate of Enrollment and Embassy. The remaining amount will be refunded upon presentation to the school of formal rejection notice from.
- If you cancel your enrollment after the course has started, you are not entitled to a refund.
