Registration fee & course fees


To register, students must complete the application form and pay an advance deposit equal to 25% of the listed course fee.

Course fees include:

  • participation in lessons
  • certificates of enrollment and attendance
  • Wi-Fi access
  • teaching materials
  • afternoon and evening tours and social activities organized by the school

Course fees do not include:

  • museum or event entrance tickets
  • drinks and personal expenses
  • accommodation

Cancellation terms and conditions

  • The advance deposit paid at the time of registration is non-refundable.
  • No refunds are granted to students who start a course late or leave before the scheduled end date.
  • Students who have paid the full course fee and wish to cancel before the course begins must notify the school in writing (by fax, post, or email). Students are responsible for confirming that the school has received the cancellation notice.
  • In this case, the school will refund 75% of the amount paid beyond the initial deposit, minus bank charges.
  • Deposits and fees are not transferable to another person.
  • The school management may evaluate exceptional cases individually and decide whether a full refund can be granted.
  • If the course is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the school’s control, the full amount paid will be refunded.

Participants

  • If fewer than 4 students are enrolled in the same group course, the school reserves the right to reduce the number of lessons as follows:
  • 3 participants: 25% reduction in scheduled lessons
  • 2 participants: 50% reduction
  • 1 participant: 75% reduction (course converted to individual lessons)

Public holidays


The school is closed on Italian public holidays: January 1 and 6; Easter Monday; April 6; May 1; June 2 and 29; December 8, 25, and 26. No lessons take place on these days, and no refunds or make-up lessons are provided.

Liability

  • The school is not liable for the loss or theft of personal property on its premises.

Insurance

  • The school’s insurance covers activities that take place at the school and during guided tours organized by the school. Students are strongly advised to arrange their own medical and personal insurance before traveling to Italy. We also recommend insurance coverage for course fees and risks related to staying abroad.


Lesson length

  • Unless otherwise specified, one group lesson lasts 45 minutes.


Special offers

  • Special offers are valid only from the date they are announced. Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied to courses that have already been booked.
